The Cold Full Moon, today, at 9:09PM/MST. Named by the Mohawk Nation for this time of year, when almost everyone has a taste of winter already.

Challenges abound! The Full Moon involves Mars with the Moon opposing the Sun. We need to be really aware of our boundaries and shore them up. Stand for our truth and deal the flack.

Be mindful of how infection gets in, other people’s opinions influence us, and throwaway conversations waste our energy.

And how to cultivate kindness in the midst of all of this.

Where do we need to own our own capacities for self-love and self-care. Yes we can still take care of everyone else too, but also need to turn the faucet on for ourselves as well.

This is not a Martyr Moon. This is a Warrior Moon. How does one meet challenges with grace, self-respect and strength.
