Today at 5PM/MDT, we enter Scorpio. It is the time of the ancestors, those whose bones we stand upon.

It is the time of the year to honor those who came before us and made it possible for us to stand here now.

We are their hopes, the future generation that they kept faith with in their dreaming.

We thank and honor them for the gifts we carry.

Create an ancestor altar for this Scorpio time, for moving into and through Samhain (Sow-en). Put pictures of your departed family members up, add flowers, a candle, some sacred objects. Look at them daily. Offer prayers for their well-being. Express your gratitude for their lives.
